Biography

Game History

Charlie fell through the Rift during an innocent walk through the jungle, and met Tosh a few minutes later. She brought him into Torchwood and talked to him of staying but he snuck outside where he thought he saw Claire, only to finally come to terms with the fact that it must've been a wishful thinking hallucination. He spent a couple weeks sleeping outside before realising he was, well, rather hungry and in need of somewhere normal to sleep, and ran into Tosh again on the street (by yelling her name and jumping up and down on what he thought was a 'Rift activator' but was really just the ground). He stayed in the Hub for a bit, but working at Torchwood just wasn't his thing, and after a bout of flu (what Owen would call 'froze flu') ended up staying with Tosh permanently at her flat. He now has a job at a record store where he plays guitar a few nights a week. He's cut his hair short and goes by the alias name of Alex.

Random Bits Of Personal Canon

(these are things about Charlie which may or may not be true canon-wise; but are true in regards to Charlie in the game)

• does NOT like mooching off people, extremely uncomfortable with it
• in the Torchwood version of Earth, died in the plane crash that he survived on Lost
• creeped out by Weevils
• is a bit homophobic due to Catholic upbringing, but not to the point of being too judgemental/hateful
• likes to hug, a really really lot
• loves pie
• is forever horrified by Tosh's lack of musical knowledge
• is terrified of Weevils

Relationships

Charlie doesn't know much of the Torchwood staff too well. He's had a brief encounter and an e-mail exchange with Ianto, has interacted with Owen a few times as well as had one conversation with Martha, but other than that his contact is regulated to Tosh, the first person he met after falling through the Rift and his now-girlfriend.
